Eviction Protection (English & Spanish)

The Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance Program helps eligible low-income households with their past-due rent and utilities. This program uses funds from the federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program, which allocated a collective total of $280 million to Oregon, the City of Portland, and multiple counties in the state. In most cases, approved applications will result in payments made directly to landlords and utility providers.

El Programa de Asistencia para el Alquiler de Emergencia de Oregon ayuda a los hogares elegibles de bajos ingresos con el alquiler y los servicios públicos vencidos . Este programa utiliza fondos del Programa federal de asistencia de alquiler de emergencia, que asignó un total colectivo de $ 280 millones a Oregon, la ciudad de Portland y varios condados del estado. En la mayoría de los casos, las solicitudes aprobadas resultarán en pagos realizados directamente a los propietarios y proveedores de servicios públicos.
