Child Care Survey

Posted on November 3, 2021November 4, 2021 By Joe Samaniego

At a recent economic development group meeting attended by the City Manager, child care, daycare access was brought up as a challenge member of the workforce are experiencing.

From working families trying to find affordable daycare to the uncertainty of in-person school or virtual classroom with Zoom. The pandemic has made this challenging for employers to accommodate employees’ family needs and find potential employees to hire.

The Mid Valley Partnership (MVP,) a collaborative effort of eight cities across Linn and Benton County, are interested in receiving feedback from employers and families about challenges in child care during the pandemic.

You may click here to submit feedback, and we will forward it to MVP. Please use the subject “Child Care” when submitting your feedback.
